We ship orders Monday through Friday from 9 am – noon PST, excluding US federal holidays. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Each bottle of PRIMARY is handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Due to the specialized and handmade nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns.
If something is damaged in shipment please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your delivery, and we will happily work with you to replace the item. Do not discard the box nor any contents for possible USPS inspection and verification in order to provide reimbursement. If an item is leaking, place entire contents, including the box, inside a plastic bag.
If you’re having an adverse reaction to a product, or just truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We want you to be happy, and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
